1) Refreshments should be ready prior to the arrival of your guests.
Your guests should be encouraged to enjoy refreshments while waiting
for others to arrive. Keep the refreshments as simple or elaborate as
you’d like. If the party is during a holiday season, themed plates,
napkins, tablecloth or decorations add to the festivity of the party.
